Got a comb over and she didn't even complete the line

Visited this barber shop on 02/01/2016. Was shaved by Rachel she had to shave me twice. She also had to borrow a Tliner from another barber to cut my hair and shave me. When she was finally done it is was a waste of $18. Had to still find another barber so he could shave me again.
