I visited this location with my fiance and my future niece on a Saturday afternoon. The traffic of customers was steady and upon entry my fiance, niece and I were cheerfully greeted.
Dawn was amazing and very welcoming. I was a walk in but they got to me very quickly. Definitely the best nail salon I've been to.
Very friendly staff. A lot of places you go to, they speak little to no English, and talk amongst themselves. The staff here actively engaged with clientele, I’ll be back that’s for sure
To my surprise and delight a majority of the TVs had college football games playing on them. While I found this just a slight bit odd considering their clientele, a majority of women, it made me feel less bored than I would have been otherwise.
DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE. I used to get my nails done here and asked for them to do my eyebrows one day and she took an entire layer of skin off under my eyebrow! I had red under my eyebrows for at least a week. A couple months later I decided to try again and give them the benefit of the doubt, this time I ended up with a hole in my eyebrow I had to fill in with a pencil for months. Now I go across town where they do great nails and don't destroy my brows when I ask for a touch up
My fiance liked her mani-pedi! I LOVED IT! Her toes and fingernails were very sexy.
Best nail salon in Middletown. The staff are so nice and the prices are very reasonable.
Why only 3 stars you might ask? Because the smell of the chemicals is nearly overpowering.
Although I've taken my fiance to many nail salons over the years in Washington state and in the Wilmington-Delaware, Philadelphia, PA., and South Jersey area, I have to admit ... if I were having my nails done, this is the place I'd choose. Although I personally did not experience the service of their staff I did witness how personal-able they are to their repeat customers.
