We were asked to leave and come back at 6:30 and they close at 6pm. My family feel embarrassed and humiliated in front of all the customers because everyone knew they close at 6pm because of the signs. If I could give no stars for this place I would. Any business employee should not lie to a customer to their face.
This was my shop before I moved to FL. Without question, the best haircuts I've ever received!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Communication is the key!!!! Walk-in customer. After sitting in this shop for 15 minutes the child ( my 14 year old) was told he could not have service until approximately 2pm. I was told by my son because I stepped outside to take a call. Wow!!!
Knew I had to get an important haircut in a pinch today Sunday 8/27/17 but I had looked online on Friday at a shop in Middletown, Headquarters, and the google information showed open until 7. I had arranged my weekend schedule around this. I was in luck. Until I showed up at 610 to the door not even latched shut, one employee inside claiming to be closed. He then proceeded to tell me they closed at 6. The sign outside the shop says 4 on Sunday. Obviously know one really knows the hours, will never attempt to get my haircut here again.
Over priced and service sucks. $30 for a basic hair cut
