The food was so, so. Some of the rice grains were not cooked/almost crunchy. It made me think of the fake rice that cannot soften.
Decent food for fast Chinese chain food. Food is usually luke warm, food isn't refilled at the serving bar until the last portion is emptied. Then you're waiting 10 minutes for more. More than once I've seen other customers receive preferential treatment
People are nice but rice it's not cooked all the way!! Hit or miss on good food lately Dover is way better!!
I'm vegan I was glad that they had tofu & eggplant when I first visited panda express, but they make upon order the staff that works at this restaurant would have an attitude when they have to make it or they would say we dont have the ingredients to make it! WHAT...wow...good customer service Went Out The Door at this panda..
The food is good, but not very filling u less yp u go get more. 8.00 for a bowl this size... really.
