My husband & I went when they 1st opened. Started with appetizer, calamari. Husband had one piece. Too tough to chew. The manager said, 'since he tasted the calamari there was nothing he could do'! How would anyone know it was tough unless they tried it ! Definitely bad customer service. Don't remember what else we had because we weren't happy about paying for something that was not edible. Never went back and never will. I selected 1 star because I had to in order to write this.
Food is good, sometimes almost great.
Potential for a 5-Star, but understaffed and sadly lacking the drive to pull in serious customers. I have had a 5-Star experience here and also a 2-Star experience here--in the same week. Always to do with staffing and basic customer focus.
Great food and service, must try there oldbay wings.
Handicap parking BUT difficult entry. Doors extremely heavy making it necessary for someone to assist with entry AND exit. Told to "seat your self" great, but needed help moving chairs to make space for wheelchair. Service below fair. Highly unlikely I would return or recommend. Left & went to patronize another locally owned pizza shop that is accessible and customer friendly.
No reason why this local gem should be lacking in higher praise aside from what appears to be the will to do so.
I immediately (discretely) informed the Manager (Nahum) of my findings. He looked at the pizza and grabbed the hair and stated " Yes we do have a problem there is a long hair and I have short hair. Do you want another slice?" (At this time he flicked the hair to the ground).What is disturbing was the lack of customer service, nothing was offered for the error committed by him or his staff. I would not RECOMMEND NOR CONTINUE TO PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Eat at your own risk.
Today I purchased two slices of Sicilian pizza.Upon eating the slices I discovered one small hair on the plate and one long hair in the cheese.
