Food is fresh and hot. Fast service. Custer service is decent. Not busy at all. The bacon taste like paper. I recommend the chicken strips.
Excellent service at the counter. I really like that this Hardee's has a Tex Mex restaurant there and you can order from either menu. I also appreciate that they have the calorie count posted on the menu. It helped me make better food choices.
I would like to say the customer service was horrible. They were not very friendly to start with. I get to the window and the young lady tells me it will take 2mins for the chicken tender meal to come out. Which is fine but then she tells me to pull up ahead. I pull up ahead and after that 5 vehicles get served and I’m still waiting. When I ordered my food I asked for an extra honey mustard sauce and ketchup. 5-8 mins later someone comes out the back door begrudgingly hands me the food doesn’t say anything and I look in the bag no ketchup no napkins no extra honey mustard sauce. I called her back and she ignored me and walks back. Very dissatisfied with service and the food as well. Do not recommend! Would not go back!

Let me tell you about Hardees in Dove Run Middletown Delaware. I used to go there every morning on my way to work. Not no more because yesterday morning I ordered my usual egg and cheese croissant and a sm coke. On my way to work I was eating it and it didnt taste that good. When I turned the light on in the car, I notice it had ALOT of BLACK MOLD ON IT. I almost threw up. And the funny thing is I called them at the store when I got to work and they said to come in today for a refund and a free breakfast. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN. I sent 2 emails to corporate and a message. I didn't realize that the district manager called and left voicemail yesterday but she also said the same thing that she would reimburse me and get a free breakfast on them. Are you kidding me??? I left a message and still he
I don't eat burgers often but this was soooo good. Service was great too. Super nice!
