I have ordered food many times at Middletown Pizza over the years but recently things have changed and I'm not quite sure why. My last visit I had my daughter place an order so I could pick it up and when I stopped I walked up to the counter and waited 5 minutes as people looked at me and then finally a gentleman walked up to me and I gave him my name and he gave me an attitude like it was a problem for me to pick up my food. The cheesesteaks used to be fantastic but now they are at best subpar. The pizza is almost like they purchase the dough pre-made because they taste like and have the consistency like a store-bought Pizza. Whatever changes have occurred at this restaurant I really wish they would change everything back because over the years I have enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of Middletown Pizza. Until they can greet me with a smile and create a better food product I don't think I'll be returning.
Great place for a quick dinner. They have best pizza in Middletown.
Stopped here for a quick bite, but ended up not even being able to finish. The cheesesteak calzone was huge, and loaded with flavor. I'd be interested in trying the pizza (it looked good)!
