Food was good went to lunch twice. About a month ago first time going in I had a check off list, as I was getting food for the rest of my co-workers as well. I handed it in and the cashier looked at me funny and called the manager over. (Like I said, first time coming here...) I was told "First off you start over there, and you read off the list to him and he'll take care of it for you. Can you do that?" Got the order in full and apologized for not knowing. But honestly not the way I'd have handled the situation... Don't need someone to make me feel even stupider...
The past two times my husband and I visited the Middletown Chipotle, the white rice was severely undercooked and the steak was extremely salty. Very disappointed I couldn’t even eat the rice! A waste of our money. Try the rice and steak before you leave the restaurant and they loaded up the rice and the steak serving was very small. The staff members were arguing amongst themselves in front of customers.
Get take out often from here. Food is consistent and good. Only complaint was the last time I received three packs of moldy blue berries for my kids meals. Kind of gross!

Love chipotle But this visit like most to this location was bad. on this trip the gentleman refused to mix the contents of the burrito up was trying to skimp on rice and beans like giving me about ten beans. again horrible experience with staff member. what a shame
