The absolute worst place I have ever been. Very unprofessional and didn’t even complete testing for my children. Avoid at all costs!
I was here for half an hour, and they called two people in all that time. I finally just walked out. I’ve never seen a lab so slow. You could drive up to the Elkton MD office, get your tests done, and drive back and it would be faster. If my insurance company didn’t force me to use Quest, I would never come here. It’s terrible!
The phlebotomists are friendly, persistent, and they take their time to ensure no mistakes. The lab is clean and tidy every time I go. It is certainly worth it to schedule an appointment; the system really isn't designed with walk-ins in mind and if you don't have an appointment you'll sometimes have to wait an hour or even more.
Got to place at 11:30 am,,,it was closed for lunch,,came back at twelve and there was only one person working the whole office..,so,it took me more than a hour to get a drug test performed ,,,very disturbing for a medical office
