Reception was great. Care was non-existent. Went in with a family member who had a contraceptive implant issue. Mr. Cruikshank, PA looked at her arm and said follow up with your GYN. I'm not going to take it out. He gave no further information. When asked about the concern with the implant having moved he was condescending and rude and indicated he was not the one who put it in. Gave no instruction whatsoever. He got up and said he would get her paperwork ready. He gave the impression he couldn't be bothered. Very distressing. When the nurse came in with the paperwork, she said followup with your GYN. I asked her about ice or pain meds - her response was, you can take Tylenol if you want. I am shocked at the rude and condescending demeanor of both of these "healthcare professionals".
Went in for a sore throat which was the biggest mistake I should have gone to Urgent Care. Also the PA who came in to see me didn't take out the time to see what was going on with me. As I found out today from my family Doctor, that I had an infection in my throat. That's what I call a Doctor who knows what he's doing. The PA seemed kind of annoyed that I was even there for something not important.
Always take good care of me and my family. Clean. Eveyone is friendly and helpful, caring and understanding and at a time when things are uncertain about you or a family members health. They truly are a great team!!
I'm going to have say the care was outstanding the staff that we dealt with was phenomenal thank you Alexandria RN, Dr Chris B. Lee RN and Sharon the xray tech
My son was taken there after having a seizure. Have done this for 20 years so I know the drill. Doctor very nice. But apparently they don't dehydration is a concern post seizure and never offered him fluids. We were there 5 hours waiting for blood results. I had to ask a nurse who was staring at her phone to get him a drink. I did this 3 times. I realize it's not AI Dupont but some things should be common knowledge. And sorry scrolling on your phone at work should not be tolerated. She never once came to check on us. And it wasn't busy.
