Excellent customer service. I had 69 boxes of hard wood flooring to load. Three associates, Carl, Jessi and Chuck helped load my truck. No questions asked. Thank you Home Depot for having such good people working for you.
The employees are so lazy. They don't help just walk around . i asked for help to get ceramic tile. And all the guy's said is not ma area..
They were supposed to complete my Online Credit Card process by verifying my ID. The store associate chose to start over since it would be a positive statistic for the store and hit my credit report with an extra inquiry. Home Depot says Citibank will fix it, and Vice-Versa, but there is no fixing it. The GM of the store does not return calls although it is for sure that her Staff has done this. I took a negative hit on my credit report so you could have a positive statistic......gratz.
I purchased over $300 worth of paint. They offer a 10% discount to military. I qualify for that. The discount didn’t ring up. The claim was that was because the paint was on sale. I purchased one can, same paint, same day and the discount worked. Hmmmmm
