I am trying to communicate to the numbers that are available. They are not covered by the coverage area; I live in Puerto Rico. I need to communicate because I paid a bill in collection on November 20 of the current year. I paid the bill to the Nationwide Recovery system. Also another agency named Commonwealth Finance was also collecting the debt. I sent the evidence of payment to the second agency that I mentioned when I contacted the other agency they no longer had the account, they transferred me to you and it has been impossible to get contact.
