I no longer use this office for my medical needs. I had a physical done when I first joined there, blood work, the whole nine. Approximately two months later I went in for them to sign off that for work purposes, I am physically fit for a career Fire Dept. All they did was go over my paperwork, take my vitals, and sign the form. Before i even made the appointment I confirmed with the girls at the front desk that I wouldn't be charged for another physical because my insurance only covers one a year and technically they just signed off that I am physically able to perform the job. They said "No, don't worry." Well wouldn't you know it they charged me for another physical and my insurance denied it. So now I've been fighting this charge for almost two years now, they sent my balance to collections and whenever I call they try to pass it off on someone else and play dumb; telling me to contact billing, which I have done.
