The doctors and nurses are incompetent. They jump to conclusions with no regard to the symptoms you specify. Then they do not follow up with insurance company to approve prescribed medications. They call to give you results from bloodwork and say your *** levels are high due to said issue so you then ask what you should do to solve the problem regarding the *** levels then they say hmmm I don’t see *** levels on the bloodwork that was done. This is my second and LAST visit at this office.
We have been seeing Dr. Fisher since my second daughter was born. Dr. Fisher visited her right after she was born at Christiana Hospital. She was so easy to talk to and took the time to listen that I switched our whole family to her. Now my 5 year old, myself and my husband all see her. Doctors work so hard and so rarely appreciated, I just want to write a review to let her know that we truly appreciate all she does. In addition, the staff at the Middletown CC is always helpful and kind, so I'd like to thank them too!
I don't think it's ever okay for an employee (receptionist) to hang up with a patient and refer to them as "stupid" let alone within earshot of another patient. Very unprofessional.
Also, waited an excessive amount of time while I could hear the providers joking and laughing outside the exam room. I thought maybe they were understaffed, but the individual who finally came into the room was one of the voices I heard.
