I was very impressed with my first visit to Premier Comprehensive Dental. I had been going to the same dentist for the past 30+ years but, with his retirement, needed to find a new dentist. I was very nervous but everyone made me feel very comfortable, from check-in to cleaning, to meeting my new dentist. Thank you for a great experience ... I will be back in six months.
On my first visit I found the office to be very clean, efficient, and organized. The appointments and reminders were done by email that could be easily inserted to my google calendar. The doctor found something he represented to watch which is nice because he could have easily ask applied a fix that may-or-may-not be needed that would have cost me extra time and money. The point is that it was a reasonable technical advice.
After moving a lot since college and having a bunch of different dentists, I have to say that Dr. Liu is the best and most thorough dentist that I have ever been to. His service is top notch, and Kate and Meghan the Hygienist are top notch also!
From the moment I stepped into the door, the service was exceptional!!! Very friendly and welcoming environment. I also love how modern this dental office is!! The hygienist and dentist were both very informative and professional!
I think the doctor was not only good but treated the patient as a human being; clearly explained the procedure before and after. Have not had much experience with dentists in DE but prices were twice as high as in NY. I will probably return but need insurance to help with costs. Thank you for quick response to my appointment and the immediate treatment. Much appreciated.
