PLEASE READ THIS WARNING THOROUGHLY BEFORE PUTTING TRUST: Looking at the reviews of others, that they are good dentists, perhaps, they are , however, their ethics of taking advantage of their customers may not be reported. They may take advantage of your teeth with unwarranted treatments or excessive treatments may not be apparent. This is how they take the trust of you and your family with friendly greetings so later they can charge your insurance companies for services knowing already what and how much your insurance companies will cover. They will only diagnose and treat ailments usually that are covered by insurance. Let me tell you also how they abuse the senior citizens and the medicare system. They will schedule unnecessary appointments with their own staff, where one dentist will give their opinion and then they will schedule an appointment unnecessary for elders for a second visit as if they are going to recommend something different. Now that they have spent time with you , they will bill medicare for anything because we don't have any idea that what are they charging. Most people will fall in this trap without knowing this is being done.
First let me start off by saying that the front desk help is awful and the lady is not a people person. This business may also be doing possble insurance fraud, I have never been to a dentist that gives you so much run around about how much you have to pay out of pocket. I have had the same services done elsewhere and never experienced this type of havoc. I do not trust them at all!
Staff is friendly however the front desk and billing is awful. My husband had a root canal and tooth pulled and they made us pay out of pocket while we were in network. In addition to making us pay they submitted a claim to insurance for the same amount. When i called to question i heard everything from we are NOT in network to i dont know. They have the money from insurance ans everytime i call i get the run around. A formal complaint has been filed. They owe my family $450. This place is a joke and lost 5 patients due to it.
Absolutely hands down the best denistry I have ever been too! Before I stepped foot into Jolly Smiles I never experienced service that ever had me looking forward to going back to a dentist visit! However after meeting Dr. Jolly and her staff this changed my entire mentality! They place the customer first and will always do what it takes to go that extra mile and make you feel at home. A+++++ All The Way!
STOP SUPPORTING THIS TYPE OF FAMILY BUSINESS. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY AND THE SENIOR CITIZENS MEDICARE SYSTEM WHICH WE ALL HAVE TO PAY FOR.

This is the worst dentist I have ever been too. The front desk staff is rude and obnoxious. They are incompetent and harass you. I was billed for something they told me was covered by insurance. They refused to send my records to another office when I did not want to go there. The told my son he had cavities and when he went back he didnt have any and showed him a video on how to clean his teeth for an hour, and billed me for an office visit. Beware...do not go here!!!
