It was one thing for a check to take a few days to clear in my account. But to deposit cash into the ATM and have to wait 2 business days to use MY MONEY is absolutely ridiculous. It is bad enough that my direct deposit checks aren't available at midnight like other banks. I have to wait until almost 7 for it to be available. What's the point of being able to put cash in the ATM at anytime if it isn't available right away? I am beyond frustrated! This actually makes me want to change banks. Slowest bank ever!

I encountered a not so skilled Customer Service Rep on the phone and I sent an email to the Customer Service Dept. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the response. I was actually surprised that I got responses at all - so the fact that 2 people called to let me know how sorry they were for the experience and that the person was getting some retraining makes me feel very good about banking there. No business is perfect - and no person is perfect - but the fact that they take the time to try to make things better means they are a company that actually cares.
