I have had nothing but problems and I have only had my accounts open for a month. When I opened what I thought was just a checking account the woman put down the incorrect address which set off a series of events which will hopefully stop today. I never received a permanent card plus the checks she gave me were for savings not checking. So my payroll checks were deposited into savings. My temporary card expired because I don't have a permanent card, can't access my money unless I go in a branch, there was a delay in processing fees so because I pulled my money out to use it my account went negative. I have had to call customer service 7 times because I don't have the right card, my checks are going in the wrong account, several associates didn't resolve my problems in one call. I didn't get another card sent out until last night. So I am at the branch this morning and hopefully I can get another temporary card because if I can't then I am closing the accounts this time.
I invested money with this branch a year ago using Mr. Garland as my finical adviser, he has not made any recommendations my money has been sitting in cash and I have been unable to get him to call me or email me back. Very unhappy
Came in today and opened an account today, wow they were great! Specifically I worked with Evelyn and she was awesome!
I want to think Evelyn very much for doing a good job on my account every time I forget I go to her and she helps me out thank you Evelyn for excellent job well done.
There are two ATMs at this location and both of them have always worked. This may sound silly except for when I go to the Wells Fargo in Dover Delaware both of the ATMs will have difficulty reading checks to deposit into the machine. The ATMs at this location must be newer or better maintained than some of the other Wells Fargo branches. Additionally whenever I go into this branch I am treated with kindness, respect and a willingness to work with me with regard to the fees that I have at one time had to pay on several of my accounts. Thank you and keep up the good work!
