I needed a storage unit for all my personal belongings while seeking an apartment in Middletown. I had a large collection of books that I was particularly concerned about, and Sentinel Climate-Controlled storage was the perfect solution. I rented a 10'x20' CC unit for two months (second month free) and removed my stuff after six weeks when I got a place to stay. We had a huge amount of rain during this time - heavy thunderstorms, all-night downpours, repeated lines of showers, the works. The storage unit and the access aisle were bone dry - not a drop of water. The temperature and humidity in the unit were very consistent, and even the driveways around the facility drained quickly. Getting to know Pat and Elaine was an added bonus. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with a storage facility, and it was totally positive.
I needed to find a storage space on short notice, as I had to remove a bunch of things from a basement that got wet. Elaine had me up and running with a unit in no time. The space is clean, secure, dry, and easy-to-access. All in all, a wonderful experience.
Safe place for your storage!
We are using Sentinel Storage while our home is being built. Our experience with this facility has been excellent. Pat handled everything in a friendly, professional manner even when I had to transfer to a larger unit (2 times). We now have 2 10 x 20 units. I needed a storage unit in Delaware because I was moving up from Florida. When I called about Sentinel in Middletown I got someone on an 800 number that gave me all the wrong info. I was told someone in Delaware could come into the office on my behalf and reserve a unit for me, when my friend did so she was told by Miss Pat that we were given the wrong info. I then called Miss Pat explaining my situation that I would not be in Delaware until Sunday and I had to have my 26 ft moving truck returned on Monday morning. I was in a panic and very pressed for time. Thank god for Pat, she was so kind and put my mind at ease and was willing to come in on her day off and when the office was closed to help me get a unit. Pat went above and beyond the call of great customer service. She really saved me a lot of extra stress and from going somewhere else with my business. I would recommend Sentinel in Middletown to everyone!! Besides the wonderful ladies that work there it really is a nice, clean and safe storage business!! Thank you again Miss Pat for being such a caring person and willing to go the extra mile, that is so rare these days. Please give this woman a nice Christmas bonus!!!
