Rude! I know it’s Christmas time but we’re choosing to come to you to ship our packages instead of countless other services. No thank yous, no how can I help you. There’s even flashy commercials out on how wonderful the post office is this time of year. They should video tape the employees of this branch and put a real commercial out.
Absolutely terrible. They misdeliver, lose, and/or damage at least one package a month, which has recently increased to every few days. They're famous for "attempted deliveries" that involve them never even approaching the residence, and for losing packages in their facility that they find later and ask you to come retrieve. Their "employees" will waste no more of my time or money, and ought to be ashamed of themselves. The last time I called to report a lost package, I was told it is my opinion that they are incompetent and don't deserve to be operating. Obviously, it's not my opinion as you can see by other reviews. The manager has never gotten on the phone with me OR returned a call per my requests, and lies to my husband's face when he visits in person; the carrier is no better, readily blaming 'recent Saturday errors' on a new temporary driver -- despite this well-established pattern repeating itself regularly any day of the week. Do not waste your time or money on this ridiculous group of people. They do not deserve the star required to post this truth.
For some reason Amazon used these dolts to deliver a package. Not only did they not deliver the package, but they neglected to leave the information required to pick it up or get it re-delivered. This was on a saturday, now I'm forced to wait until monday after work to drive in and try to deal with some rude person behind the counter without the necessisary information. Exactly the terrible service we expect from the USPS.
This post office employs the rudest and most useless people on the planet. They do not know how to properly sort and deliver mail. more times than not i end up with mail belonging to a different business then my own. forget packages, that requires manual labor or for them to actual get out of the truck to deliver.
They lose everything, never answer the phone, my mail delivery person looks like he steals my mail to buy drugs.
