Love this place so much has changed with the new management. And it's all for the better. Really enjoy taking my pets here, the staff is amazing and the work exceptional.
My dog was cut on his paw pad. No call was made to inform me of the situation. My daughter picked my baby up and once home there was blood on his blanket, her car door and console. His pad was bleeding on her as she carried him in the house. I called 5 times before the owner answered my call. The only thing this women was worried about was that I was yelling at her. No apology, nothing. No accountability what so ever. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB. I understand accidents happen, but not being responsible is NOT acceptable EVER. I will continue to inform anyone and everyone about the lack of communication, responsibility and accountability this women and her business has shown to my baby, daughter and myself.
They did a great job with my shihtzu Sage. She had a lot of matts, which was my fault, we had a family emergency and I couldn't keep up with brushing her. But they took care of her, they took all the matts out and even though they had to shave her down they really made her look amazing! I love her new do! They even gave me advice on how to brush her the right way. We already have our next appointment set up. I will never go to another groomer. Ask for the young lady groomer with the pink hair because she was so sweet and showed me how to brush her.
Wonderful place. My boxer was treated like family by Brittany. It's a cage free business and the dogs smell and look great afterwards! The new owner Anthony has definitely improved the quality here and he's super friendly. Definitely A+!

As the owner of Paws & People Too! I want to educate pet parents about the grooming process. A large percentage of your pups do not like to be groomed. We try to make the experience less stressful with no cages and a day care environment. They don't always agree with us, are anxious. They squirm, jump and move a lot during the process. We are using sharp shears, and clippers. Sometimes accidents happen. That is what happens with Sherry's post. My staff apologized, I apologized on the phone and written letter. I tried to make it right. Client wasn't interested.
