Nice and clean and new. Machines are great, and the wifi too. Add a pool and outdoor tennis court and you get a 5.
Clean, bright, modern warehouse vibe, never too crowded, with a very inviting atmosphere. When I go to the Y around 8:30 or 9 at night most times, it's very empty, almost like working out in my own private gym. The staff is also very nice.
