Middletown Computer has done wonderful work repairing my computer, and my husband's for years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Nova is very professional, and courteous. Her work is always completed in a timely fashion.

Took my computer there due to an Ethernet problem. I was told that they would need a special worker to work on my computer due to the fact I built it myself (which makes no sense). Got my computer back a few days later, was told that I used the wrong screws on my motherboard, which is, 1. not true, I used the screws that came with my computer case, and 2. Would not affect my ethernet problem. They tried to charge me $100 just to rebuild the computer that I built myself within an hour or 2. If you don't know much about computers and go here, they will take advantage of you. After my bad experience with them I took my computer to the computer in Fox Run, and they identified the problem (bad ethernet port on motherboard), and charged me just for the pci ethernet adapter, which fixed my problem and took about 3 minutes.
I took a chance on Middletown Computer because my last Tech was kind enough to Delete my Windows Defender Program. In a fit onf anger I ordered Kapersky Total Package and Fix-It Professional and figured i could be my own Tech. The Owner Novah had to put the progam in my one Laptop.As it turns out Avanquest you have to start a ticket ,who knows how long that could take.Novah had the Program Downloaded in less than three hours . I have found Novah and staff to be Kind , Customer Oriented,Answer any question you have so you unerstand ,Reasonable Pricing. My absolute go to Tech. Thank You Novah....
