Loved this theater! Friendly staff, reasonable concession prices, and comfy seats. There's even a bar & a few arcade games when you need to kill time. 5 stars!
We celebrated my granddaughter's 8th birthday here last weekend. We had to wait until the prior Tuesday to determine the exact movie and time, I sent the invitations with RSVP instructions and it wasn't a problem for us at all.
As for the movie (Coco) it was great! And the Westown Movie Theater is clean and comfortable! I can't thank the staff enough for all they did to make the party a success!
This movie theater is privately owned and puts the big name theater to shame. Great facility, good snacks and an outstanding viewing experience!
Very clean. The staff is friendly. Tickets ordered by credit card can be purchased at a self service station inside. Short and quick lines. Large theater screens and comfortable seats. Good selection of concessions.
Tickets & snacks easily purchased. Comfortable theatre seats. -1 star because the movie was in theatre 3 and the noise was SO OBNOXIOUS from adjoining theater there was a 10+ minute window that our movie was drowned out. NO thanks to staff and customer service for answering "Ok. Well that happens" Will drive the extra miles next time.
After the movie we had a party room with refreshments (pizza and fruit juice) and we brought the ice cream cake in. The staff kept our ice cream cake in their freezer until party time. The movie ended about a half hour early, but we were able to access our party room early. It was a perfect party!
