I love Coleman’s always a pleasant experience with staff and other visitors. We cut our first tree down for our own home last year and brought our minpin puppy. There were other dogs and every single one was well behaved and didn’t go crazy. The people there help us with whatever we need. Love going every year to get a beautiful tree to start our holiday season!!
I don’t mind that the hayrides and pumpkin patch are only open to schools Monday through Friday but why on Earth would you not explicitly state that on your website, phone message or any official signage at the farm? Wasted trip, 30 minute drive each way, poor customer service, disorganized business.
Nice place to explore and find pumpkins. They have free hay rides to get pumpkins
Don’t bother going to this farm if you’re looking to go to a pumpkin patch. Website states they open at 9am, I arrive at 10:15am with my 21 month old daughter. I was hoping to take my daughter on the hayride to the pumpkin patch so she get the full experience but after waiting 25 minutes for any tractor-pulled hayrides to arrive, I decided to go into the store to inquire about when we can expect the hayride to return to the loading area. I was told by Mrs. Coleman that the hayride and pumpkin patch is only open to school students Monday through Friday 9am-12:30pm. I asked if my daughter and I could just walk to the pumpkin patch which was only 50 yards away and she responded, “I don’t think that’s a good idea”. What does that even mean?
