Overcharged us for my mother's funeral and completely ignored our request to avoid green flowers. A vase with a floral arrangement that shouldn't have cost more then $65 was charged $125. When making our selection we requested a price and her response was "we will take care of you". I wouldn't recommend this shop and if I had known she was going to charge us this much I would have went else where. It's a shame that people like this take advantage of someone in a delicate situation.
I called there another time and they were not very helpful.
I live in the Philadelphia area, but I needed to send a last minute arrangement to someone in Middletown. I googled florists. This place came up. I called on a Thursday, minutes before they were closing to place my order for Friday. I spoke with Karen , described what I wanted although I was kind of indecisive. Karen assisted me in such a patient way. It was awesome. I was sending the flowers anonymously, but I did get to see the arrangement they was sent and it was GORGEOUS!!! Beautiful colors. Arranged beautifully. It was better than I expected because let's face it ... things always look better online than in person. But it was BEAUTIFUL!!! I would definitely recommend & use Elana's again should I need flowers in the future. Thank you Thank you Thank you !!!!
What a lovely shop! They walked me through every step of ordering an arrangement and helped me with all of the tiny details. These ladies were a godsend. Best florist for miles.
I visited this florist, placed my order a week ahead of time was assured that I could pick up my flowers anytime on a particular date and went in around 10 a.m. and the flowers were not ready, when I said who I was and that I was there to pick up my order of flowers for my wedding. I was not apologize to, I was just left to stand there and watch them throw them together while I watched. They were looking at me like I had a problem, it was obvious that they really didn't care and they cater to a certain type of people.
