This employer deducted money for health coverage from at least one employee's paycheck, and did not pay the premium. He did this from September 2011 through December 2011. During this time he knew he had not paid the premium that was due in the beginning of September 2011, so he was aware that the health coverage was not paid for for these months yet he still took money out of paychecks and kept it for himself. The employer even increased the amount he was taking for health coverage, stating the premiums had gone up. Yet he was not paying the premiums, he just pocketed the money. This matter has been turned over to the labor board, and in turn the Attorney General's office.
What a nasty piece of work, why is this guy not walking with clenched butt cheeks amongst prison guards. Come to think of it, why do we retain people like this on the planet, they are scumbags, not needed on this journey. Another innocent mother and child totally ignored and unprotected by the American system
The employee was not aware that the employer was keeping his health insurance premiums for himself. He presented his insurance card for his handicapped son's care in November 2011. Only to find out in January 2012 that the insurance company terminated coverage in late December 2011 and backdated the termination to August 2011. The insurance company then reversed any payments they made during this period, and the employee has to pay these bills himself (in spite of paying for health coverage that would have paid these bills).
If you do business with this company, this is the type of man you would be doing business with. If he could do this to an employee with a handicapped child, there is no telling what else he is capable of doing.
