I was approved, I just didn't have quite enough saved up yet. My experience here was still wonderful, a great family owned business. I didn't buy a car today but I still stayed and talked to them, and they gave me advice for another 30+ mins. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It was such a pleasant feeling, no pressure at all. They were great. Thank you guys so much you are so sweet!

Chatting with Dan (the owner) felt more like discussing the pro's and con's of vehicles with a friend rather than a salesperson. Him and I spoke for about half an hour or so about my recent move to the area, what is important to me in a new vehicle and WHY! At this point we were not even discussing specific cars on his lot, it was a friendly conversation about my situation and the makes/models and years of used cars I had been researching thus far. He asked if had ever considered a specific Kia crossover, the Soul, I admitted I had never looked twice at this car before. However, when he showed me the immaculate interior with all the bells and whistles, I was already beyond excited....the inside was beautiful and obviously very well maintained, and the vehicle is only 3 years old...I thought I was going to have to purchase something at least 6 years old. On a practical level, the safety ratings and overall reliability ranking for the vehicle are exactly what I need as a mother, but the souped up speakers, double moon roof, heated and cooled seats and leather with stitched trim are exactly what I want as a buyer! I did not even consider I would be able to find both what I needed AND wanted in a vehicle I had never even considered before, and at a very fair price. Dan and his daughter Rachel make the entire process so easy and are a pleasure to work with, when I picked up my car the next day he even gave me a little gift - a seat cover for the back because he remembered my dog goes everywhere with me. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and my Dad, who was with me when I purchased the Soul, is now seriously considering giving up his pattern of leasing new cars every three years and purchasing a nice model from Dan instead. I love knowing Dan and Rachel are just a phone call, text, or 5 minute drive away, and the fact they have been in business in the area for so long speaks volumes in itself. And for me, knowing that Dan is a master mechanic and will take a look at any problems my car may have gives me peace of mind. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, no exaggeration. I love that I was steered (haha) to look at a vehicle I had never considered and it turned out to be perfect for me...this is the sign of someone who knows their vehicles AND their customers! I could not be happier.
