Amazing experience ....the steaks were perfectly cooked...the salad was delicious on a chilled plate...it was all so good! The service by our friendly server, Brittany AKA "Wags", was exceptional from start to finish. She is a valuable asset and made our meal even more special. Thank you Texas Roadhouse Middletown. We will return soon!
Hostess station mass confusion. Call ahead, arrived & told 10-15 mins but waited 90mins. Server was polite and attentive. Food wait was another hour and incorrect. This was our third time visiting since it opened and each time is a worse experience. Never going back. Don't waste your time or money.
The service was great and so was the food. The only thing I would change about my experience would be the pink lights. The pink lights on top of the tables made it hard to see the menu and after a while they hurt your eyes. Other than that, my dining experience there was great.
Very upbeat atmosphere. Greated immediate. Seated with basket of fresh rolls and cinnamon butter. Portions are generous, I always take some home. Steak is cooked perfect every time. It's tender, juicy and delicious. If your seated against the back wall, bring a sweater especially if your under a vent. The Wednesday special of 8oz. Sirloin is a good deal. Take advantage of the call ahead seating. It isn't a reservation but it does get you in quicker....not sure how that works but it does.
