Great food and friendly service even when very busy!
Bagels are delicious (of course) and the staff is friendly. Cons: Not a lot of room inside. Get there early. I was in line for 20 minutes on a Saturday around 9am. But it was wirth it!

The food is good, but the service is terribly slow. It should not take me half an hour to get a simple bagel sandwich to-go. Half of the people in the place were sitting and waiting for their orders. Unacceptable in my opinion.
I had the Chicken salad on Croissant the first time I came and really enjoyed it. the Croissant was so flaky and the salad was good. today I tried the tuna salad wrap....wasnt great. it needed more mayo cause it was dry.
